We are proud to announce that Chloe Goodison, a member of Coast Foundation SocietyBoard of Directors, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Medal of Good Citizenship—one of British Columbia’s highest honours.
Presented by the Province of B.C., the Medal of Good Citizenship celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exceptional generosity, kindness, and commitment to their communities.
Chloe’s work as the Founder and Executive Director of NaloxHome Society, a youth-led charity providing drug education and naloxone training in Canadian secondary schools, exemplifies these values. Whether she’s coaching youth soccer in Port Moody or leading conversations about substance use, Chloe brings compassion and purpose to everything she does.
Chloe joined the Board of Directors at Coast Mental Health Society in October 2024 and has since been supporting our organization with her innovative approach.
Chloe is currently completing her BSc in Public Health & Data at Simon Fraser University, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Her leadership and innovation have earned her recognition as a BCBusiness 30 Under 30, Surrey Board of Trade 25 Under 25, and a Mazda Canada Rising Legend.
Chloe also serves on the Port Moody Police Board, mentors youth through Employ to Empower, and represents students on the Student Aid BC Appeal Committee. Her community service has been recognized with multiple awards, including Volunteer of the Year from SHARE Family & Community Services and Future Leader: U25 from the City of Port Coquitlam.
