Coast Clubhouse Employment

The Coast Clubhouse offers a supportive, community-based environment where individuals can build skills, confidence, and routine through meaningful participation in daily work.

Members participate in one of three employment units, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the Clubhouse community:

Environmental Unit

Builds janitorial and gardening skills while maintaining Coast facilities and outdoor spaces

Food Service Unit

eaches meal planning, cooking, cleaning, and cashier skills through daily lunch preparation

Communications and Reception Units

Develops computer, communication, and reception skills, including producing a newsletter

These units help members build vocational skills while preparing them for further employment or education opportunities within Coast and beyond.
