The Courage To Go Further Challenge is taking place between August 1st and August 31st 2020. You can complete your challenge in your own time, as long as it's completed by August 31st, 2020.

We encourage you to have a think about something that will challenge you rather than comparing yourself to others. However, to get you in the zone, here are a few ideas: Ride or Cycle 1 km further than you've ever done before, do an extra lap of your favourite park than you usually would,  cycle in the comfort of your home for longer than you ever have before, or further than you ever have before,  attend an extra spin or exercise class than you usually would

No challenge is too small, or too big! This is about YOU having the Courage To Go Further!

Send us an email and include: Your name, Your challenge, A picture of yourself, 50 words about you/your challenge, Your social media handles. Our team will upload your challenge onto the website as soon as we can.
